100 qualifying delegates will be invited to take one of
the sponsored tickets and attend the entire Forum for free!
To qualify for
a free ticket you must either be a senior executive within
a leading Transport & Logistics company (3PLs, Air,
Road, Rail, Ocean Carriers, Freight Forwarders, Ports, Warehousing
etc) with influence on IT procurement decisions; or
you must be working in a supply chain/logistics/transport
role for a large company. You must also be willing to attend
one or two short meetings (30 mins) with a solution provider
of YOUR choice during the Fourm.
Free sponsored tickets include:
- Access to both days of the conference including all presentations, case studies,
workshops, panel debates and roundtables
- One nights accommodation in Chicago
- All Forum materials including a copy of the presentations
- Entry to all networking functions whilst at the Forum,
including lunches, coffee breaks and the networking party
on June 3rd
- At least two ‘one-to-one’ meeting with a
leading solution provider of your choice

What are the 1 to 1 meetings with solution providers?
The Forum will have a small number of IT solution providers in attendance. You will
have the opportunity to meet with the solution providers that you choose at
a time that suits you. We strongly believe that these meetings are very worthwhile
if you are actively looking at purchasing a specific IT solution.
Simply identify the solution providers you want to meet with and our in-house system
will match your preferences with the solution providers. The meetings will last 30
minutes and will significantly add to your conference experience.
When will I be able to choose who I want to meet with?
eyefortransport will release full details of solution providers in early May. We will
keep you continuously updated on meeting opportunities. You will be asked to reserve
your meetings time at least 2 weeks before the event.
How will the meetings add value to my conference experience?
The meetings are designed to enable you to meet with the solution providers you need
to speak to! If you are actively looking to purchase new IT solutions then what better
place to meet a variety of solution providers at one time enabling you to compare
and contrast systems with ease.
When will the conference program and the list of speakers be
finalised?
The conference program is currently being put together and
will be available in early March. If you are interested in

How can I request an invitation to the summit?
Simply complete the registration form and we will
screen your application to ensure the senior level delegate profile is maintained.
May I bring additional guests?
No. This is a professional business environment with the sole purpose being the networking
and learning between senior level executives. You may alert colleagues relevant to
the event and invite them to apply for tickets.
What if I cancel?
If a free sponsored place is confirmed and subsequently
cancelled after May 2nd a cancellation charge of $1000 will
be charged to the delegate. You can however nominate an
appropriate replacement at any time. Cancellations before
May 2nd are acceptable as long as you notify eyefortransport. |
