PCS Software has released Carrier Report - the PCS Dispatching Software interface with the FMCSA SAFER database.
This interface provides several features that work together to improve the carrier selection and approval process:
- Carrier Reporting - enables PCS customers to instantly investigate any carrier in the FMCSA database from within PCS's Dispatch Software.
- Customisable Dispatch Monitoring - PCS customers can establish safety scoring requirements that carriers must meet before dispatches are approved within the dispatching software. PCS Dispatching Software will instantly check every carrier whenever carriers are booked for dispatch and, at the company's discretion, can warn the user or prevent the dispatch.
- Load Broadcast Monitoring - PCS's Dispatching Software's load broadcasting feature has been modified so that every carrier is inspected before any Broadcast Load is sent to them.
