K-Line has concluded a share transfer agreement with Air Tiger Express Companies (ATEC) to purchase 51% of the company.
K-Line announced in January that it had reached a basic agreement with the US-based logistics service provider to acquire an initial 26% of with an option for another 25%.
ATEC's subsidiaries are Air Tiger Express (USA), Air Tiger Express (Asia) and Shenzhen Airport ATE International Freight Co.
