VoiteQ, via its new holding company, CentriQ Group, has completed the acquisition of Cirrus Logistics.
Recently formed by VoiteQ's shareholders, CentriQ Group brings together the suppliers of voice-directed warehousing solutions supplier (VoiteQ) and the simulation and optimisation solutions (Cirrus Logistics) to create the foundations of CentriQ's plans for growth.
Both VoiteQ and Cirrus are successful and profitable, and will continue to trade as separate entities in their respective industries.
Although the two subsidiary companies will operate as stand-alone subsidiaries, they plan to combine their strengths in the warehousing and logistics industry.
Cirrus Logistics' warehouse modelling and simulation tool, CLASS, will be combined with VoiteQ's voice directed warehouse solutions to provide a more complete solution for customers.
